Can you relate?

  • You’ve hit a breaking point and recognize your toxic cycles and beliefs are impacting you from discovering your true self, cultivating meaningful relationships and living whole-heartedly toward your life’s purpose.

Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, Emotionally Focused, Person-Centered approach to unpacking and navigating adverse life experiences, healing self-sabotage, redefining your relationships with self and others, and rediscovering your purpose.

  • You’re aware that you need to change, but unsure how to begin this journey.

  • You have a desire to level-up but feel afraid to commit to this journey because you believe you’re “beyond hope” and “beyond repair”.

Here's my story...

I am Lindsay Syeh. I am your big-little little-big sister. I am a spiritual leader, clinician, and wellness warrior. Those that know me know that I love my family, I am passionate about being authentic and living whole-heartedly.

During my mid 20s, I lived in constant “survival mode”. I underestimated how I was coping with stressors from every inch of life until I hit a breaking point and a lot of unaddressed mental health issues began to show-up and show out causing me to take a step back and reassess life!

I began my journey in therapy that changed my life -- it helped me to address adverse childhood experiences, heal my inner-child and self-sabotage, pour into my relationships from a full cup and led me to rediscover my purpose in life. Simply put, I learned to thrive and not survive.

Since, I’ve been on a personal mission to grow-well in every area of my life.

As my journey continues, I want to teach others to do the same.

What’s a Purpose and Intention Notebook?

I used to tell myself I needed more minutes in a day or extra days in a week to stay focused and get things done until I shifted my mindset and cultivated more discipline over my time and schedule.

In short, if you want to be more productive you have to be a master of your minutes.

A purpose and intention notebook is a personal notebook specifically designed to help individuals clarify their life goals, values, and intentions. It serves as a tool for defining your purpose, prioritizing actions, tracking progress, fostering mindfulness, self-awareness, and to cultivate productivity. It's a tool to help people live a more purposeful and intentional life by aligning their actions with their values and goals.
