Grow-Well
Course

The Grow-Well course is offered live once a quarter. Attendees will meet for 8 sessions exploring how to grow in every area of their life. It will help attendees operate from a space of simply surviving to thriving by developing emotional intelligence and resilience, unpack and reframe toxic thoughts and beliefs, and lean into life with a whole heart and authenticity. Each session will last one hour and fifteen minutes. Sessions are held weekly. There are morning and evening sessions available.
